Our office accepts payments by cash, cheque, debit, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer no-interest financing options through our office. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! Insurance
A "treatment plan" will be submitted to your dental plan before treatment begins. We will assist you in obtaining reimbursement from the plan. Receipts for records and initial fees will be submitted for you and we will instruct you on submitting your monthly receipts for the balance. Some plans allow you to make your dental claims online. Please be aware that dental plans usually cover only a certain percentage of orthodontic fees and have a lifetime limit that is separate from your basic dental benefits.

We welcome children who are sponsored by government subsidy programs. Certain criteria must be met to qualify for orthodontic treatment; not all children have a severe enough problem to warrant treatment. We can advise you about government protocols during your initial consultation. We can also deal with the Workers' Compensation Board and ICBC.
